  I dont trust them anymore after the newcast about the neglected animals. Their prices are ridiculous but i have to admit, their products have never disappointed me other than the price.

  Got my dog groomed for the first time ever at the salon in back. Brianna was amazing! Very patient with his timidity and nervousness, was very pleased with his haircut and will return when time comes for his scraggly fur to be tamed again

  Staff member helping my son and I did not try to up sell items we did not need. Helpful but not pushy.

  Took my mini schnauzer, Maddie, to this location for her very first haircut outside the home. I was really nervous, but all the girls in the shop were so welcoming and Maddie and I were helped immediately! Mandy did our haircut and she did an AMAZING job. Maddie was so clean, trim, and calm when I picked her up. AND Mandy took a sweet photo of her mid-haircut and sent it to us! Will return and recommend this location to anyone.

  Absolutely wonderful store and employees. I lost my debit card today and I’m not 100% who she was but she did a flawless job going out of her way to for it me even though it still hasn’t been found. The employees here are always here for any needs from pets to personal service. I absolutely adore this store and everyone in it
