::I have been going to this PetSmart for my cats for the past few years and just got a puppy over the holiday season and started taking him to the Banfield. They have been really great so far and scheduling is easy. We also put him on the puppy plan for a good rate on his first year medical needs.

::It's a pet store. The staff is less than knowledge on some details but they do their best to answer your questions. Often not extremely busy and easy to get service. My last visit though had me standing in line at the check out for a bit longer than I would normally expect.

::This place isn’t that bad but their customer service kind of sucks. The guy I found at the counter was really arrogant when I asked about their prices. But the manager was able to convince me to get my dog groomed here. I must admit they did do an amazing job.
