::Location is always friendly, helpful, and clean. The parking lot at the Howell District can get crowded & busy so be careful bringing the fur babies.

::I came in just for a face and feet shave with a 30 blade (no bath). I was told that since my dog was only 9 weeks, I could get a "puppy trim", which will include a bath and the shave I originally wanted for the same price. I agreed, dropped him off and got called to pick my dog up an hour later. Everything was fine, she told me that he didn't like getting his face shaved but he did really good for his feet so she recommended bringing him back every 4-6 weeks so he gets used to getting groomed. She also informed me that the price of the puppy trim will stay that way until he is 5 months old. I brought him back exactly two weeks later. I also brought my other dog to get groomed. For the puppy, I asked for the same (face/feet shaved). For the other dog, I asked for him to be completely shaved as short as possible. I stressed on the shortness of his fur. I get my puppy back and it looked like his face and feet weren't touched at all (check photos). I get my other dog back and his front legs still had so much fur on it (check photos). I came back the next day, spoke to the manager and showed her photos. Even she gasped... She reassured me that I could bring them back any time and they'll get fixed. Today, I brought my dogs back in. I didn't have to say anything when I stood in the grooming salon, they automatically knew to take my dog from me. As I was handing my dog to the groomer, I said "hold on there's this one too." I kid you not, "uuuuugh *rolls eyes and looks back at coworker* what's wrong with him?" I told her that it looked like he wasn't shaved. She told me she "didn't do them because it didn't come with the puppy trim". She told me two weeks ago to get this specific cut, I came back in and paid for it again, and then she changed what she "had" to cut. She then proceeded to scold me about how the foot shave doesn't even come with the puppy trim. All they did when I brought him back to get fixed was shave his feet, not even his face like we discussed. The whole process was very rude, and with how Petsmart's been in the news recently, I thought maybe I would have a better experience here. I guess their policies are the same everywhere, as long as it doesn't hurt their bottom line.

::Great place for all my pet needs. Friendly people who are happy to help, including managers. I have been their customer since my grown children were young. And the sales/specials/coupons are fantastic
