  Brought my dog there for grooming and they chopped him up. My poor baby looks like an uneven ball of fluff with what looks like red splotches all over him

  How would our 7-yr Golden Retriever react to her first professional grooming? She loved it! Sarah and Kathy showed a genuine affection and the results were exactly as we had hoped for because of Sarah's expert skills.

  Nice location, bad customer service. When I called, Sarah told me to bring dog with proof of vaccines. When I walk in to the grooming salon it was empty, the stuff was concern about size of the dog and looking for excuse do not do it. After wasting 20 minutes the find and excuse - vaccine must be done 48 hours before. Another half hour went to see the policy, and surprise, if it was done on side, you do not have to wait. Yes, all this vaccines shops is cheap, because, they provide cheap vaccines which likely can cause allergic reaction, or your pet will not be examine and still get shots. So, as a result I waist an hour of my time and Petsmart had no bisness to day, at all. In grooming salon. Thanks Sarah and all stuff for terrific job to wasting my time

  One person to service the store. Some competitive prices. Clean well lit location. Takes business from local stores :-(

  Store just opened in June of 2017. It's a good store with bird, reptiles, guinea pigs, cats and fishes to choose as pet. My only concern is the lack of dog clothing available.
