::Terrible service! Find a different company unless you want to have frustration every single time that you call.

::Terrible services provided company. I was waiting for a technician for 10 hrs, never kept promises. Also, you need to wait at least 50 mints, sometimes 2 hours, to talk to somebody in this company, always kept holding. It's really frustrating and time consuming!

::I would give 0 stars if possible. On the coldest day of the year we ran out of oil. 3rd time in this 1st year that Petro let me tank run dry. Their automatic delivery is a joke. Now no one is picking up their phone lines. Their 24 hour service line doesn't work which left me personally filling up my tank with 15 gallons of diesel.

::I signed into a service agreement with Petro when i purchased a new home in June, they had come highly recommended by a family member. We had set up a oil delivery for Mid Novemeber as 3/4 of my 275 gallon tank was still full. on Thursday 11/30 i still had not received my oil delivery, i called to schedule it and they said i would have a delivery by Monday 12/4. an hour later i had to call them back because i must have ran out during the day while i was at work and noticed after being home for a while because it was very cold. They sent a technician to give me 10 gallons, filling by hand and he came in to prime the systems to make sure it was running great(he arrived very fast and was professional). Friday and Saturday came and still no oil Delivery, Sunday morning 6 AM i wake up freezing cold, i ran through the 10 gallons they gave. i call them up furious about the situation and they send another technician to repeat the process(also came very fast and was very good), i was offered a $100 credit for the inconvenience. here it is, Monday afternoon and i STILL HAVE NO OIL. WHERE IS THE DISCONNECTION HERE? you have run me out of oil TWICE and it has been over 4 days and i still have not received a Delivery. DID SOMEONE STEAL YOUR TRUCKS OR THE OIL? WHAT GIVES???? One of the main jobs you have is to deliver your customers OIL and you can't. You guys have some internal logistical nightmare going on. Will not be keeping services, and i recommend that everyone stay away if you don't want to freeze to death during the winter or ruin your burner system in your house. The technicians i have dealt with have been great, i recommend they find a better company to work for. UPDATE: They have applied a credit to my account and are setting up system that monitors my oil level via WiFi for free. This is a start on a long road to earning back my trust.
