  Staff was nice, friendly, and always had answers to questions. It was very clean counting that there was alot of people inside the store. Great place to go when looking for pets.

  Staff was very helpful and kind. The store was well kept and smelled good, unlike other pet stores I've been to. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

  Called this location today and spoke to a girl named Amber? I believe. I informed them of a dog recently adopted through them a few days ago that came to us with kennel cough which is contagious. It also means she had kennel cough upon being adopted. When informing her of this she stated "Oh we know. Most of our dogs come in with something which is why we put them on erythromycin (eye medication) and antibiotics." The vet records for the puppy also state nasal discharge which means something was going on already. I kindly informed her that it is very contagious and it is airborne and that most of the puppies there have been exposed likely and she did not have a care in the world. She again stated she knows and then quickly hung up. Please do not purchase puppies from this place. $2500+ for a dog is NOT worth it. This puppy was $3500 and it is so not even justified, especially since it is sickly. Do your research, find a good reputable breeder and stop purchasing from places like this. No reputable breeder would sell their puppies to a pet store. These puppies come from puppy mills, straight up. You can find good, quality pure bred puppies for 1/3 of the price in loving homes by good breeders. My three AKC pure bred dogs (one is a show dog) all cost less combined that one puppy from this place and that speaks for itself. Please stop supporting places like this.

  DO NOT buy your puppies from here. Regardless of what the staff says about the "quality breeders" they get their puppies from, they come from puppy mills. If you don't know what a puppy mill, I highly suggest you look it up. Places like Petland and puppy mills are banned from other states or required to sell only rescue dogs, but not in Texas. Please do you research before giving business to this company

  We like to come here and play with all of the animals. It's too bad that the pets are so expensive. The puppies start about $2,000. For our dogs we have always gone to a rescue. This store is always been clean and always had enough staff to help us find what we need.
