  I walked in to buy cat food and was greeted by two cashiers behind the counter. The second I went to the back and wanted to purchase, both cashiers are gone doing their own thing. One is restocking and the other is just chit chating with a non customer for several minutes in direct line of site from me. They would every now and then look over at me waiting to make my purchase but continue as if i was invisible. I was TWO FEET NEXT TO THEM! I kinda understand the young one doing it but not the old lady with the f***ed up eyeliner. I know you're not going to fire her but she helps bring the business down when your customers are ready to leave when ignored.

  Manager Jose at West 72nd street in NYC was courteous, professional, knowledgable and gave me excellent customer service! I'm a 20 year customer of theirs because of employees like him. Gold star! Sidenote: Please go back to listing the type of fish purchased on your receipts to prevent customer confusion. Thanks!

  I really like this place. Too Bad I did not get the gentleman who helped me out. I bought fish vacuum And test strips. Always A Great Experience.
