  They always love to close early, seems like when different staff is on they choose when too close.. Do not rely on online hours as they never reflect.. this is the 3 rd time I have walked there for the store to be closed.... they should be open and they were not.... petsmart seems to be the way too go....

  Cashiers cursing the whole time, also they were fooling around and lying about the price for items. Not a lot of animals here and price is too expensive for a small tank.

  I've only been here twice but so far the customer service has been great so far. The prices can be both unreasonably high and very low. I wish they'd treat their betta fish better, but every pet store is guilty of this so I won't hold it against them. The store itself is quite clean.

  Hard to rate this place because it depends so much on who is working there. Oftentimes I go in and the employees are helpful and attentive. I'll see the same crew for months. Then I will go in, and it's a 180. No one helps and the place smells bad. Today I went in and the help was very good. The store looked clean. The staff didn't seem super experienced but they were attentive, polite and somewhat helpful in terms of their knowledge. I wish their corporate office would hire good people and keep them.
