  NEVER WORK W THIS COMPANY FOR SOLAR!! They misrepresented the product. They do after market add ons of optimizers when we were told they were factory installed. They said they have had their systems in place for years, but then I found out they just switched to a brand new company for monitoring that they have never worked with before. After all of the lies and misrepresentation and after asking for documentation I didn't get, I let them know I wanted to cancel. They have done NO WORK, PULLED NO PERMITS AND NOW SAY I HAVE TO PAY 40% OF THE ESTIMATE, $13,000 FOR CANCELLING!! I called 6 other solar companies and they were all floored at charging someone 40% of work never done. I'll be taking them to court now sadly : ( DON'T GET STUCK IN THIS TRAP THE SEEMS PRACTICALLY ILLEGAL, was NEVER DISCUSSED WITH ME but is somewhere hidden in the FINE PRINT! This house was purchased to turn into a GROUP HOME for young adults with AUTISM! WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE CARE MORE ABOUT PROFITS THAN PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES!!!! NO MORAL CONSCIENCE WHATSOEVER!!! DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

  I seem to be having the same issue others have. Not completing the job. I thought we had everything done after 4 months! but then SMUD went to turn it on and they had MORE issues to deal with in the way of incomplete installation of electrical (isn't this what it is 100% about). I give 2 stars because they are a roofing company and they actually did me right by fixing a few broken tiles on my lightweight tile roof that were not part of the install issues. And all the issues in lack of communication and incomplete work they are still better than Solar City.

  They sold us the solar system the end of last Aug. They have installed the frame work but no panels. They keep sayings it's because of the weather but that's a bunch of bull. They just plain don't have the panels and we feel like they are just lying to us. Now we are paying for a PG and E bills plus paying the credit union for a solar system we still don't have with no compensation. Would never do business with Peterson/Dean again and would never recommend it to anyone

  An amazing company to work for! Would not want to work anywhere else with how transparent and honest we are with our customers. Providing great products and customer service makes this job the best one I have had.

  Petersen Dean has not lived up to their end of the bargain. We have been waiting for our solar to be installed since July. They do not return phone calls, the first person in charge of our account dropped the ball and put us back 4 weeks in the process. Tried to call the salesman Billy, but he won't return our call. Ready to take them to court to pull the plug.
