  Choosing Peter Aziz as my lawyer for my first home purchase was THE best choice I made throughout the entire process. Peter was extremely patient, understanding, responsive, and knowledgeable. He made the entire process so easy and explained every step to me from the day I put an offer on the house to the day I closed on it. Peter was very punctual and both him and his staff were tremendously supportive and went above and beyond to please me. I don't know what I would have done without him.   I worked with Peter Aziz when I purchased my first house and he was really fantastic. He was very attentive and generous with his time and helped me navigate through the arduous process of buying a home. There was no shortage of questions and concerns from myself as a first time home buyer but thankfully Peter was supportive, positive and very knowledgeable. He was eager to educate me on the process and answer all the questions I had.   Peter was very helpful and on point when it came to buying our first house. He throughly went through the contract and the ins and outs of buying a property. We felt very comfortable from the start and he was always willing to explain something again if we didn't understand (for the hundredth time). He always stayed on top of the sellers attorney and would reply quickly to emails/calls. It was a pleasure working with him and hope to again in the future. If your buying or selling a property I would highly recommend Peter as your attorney.
