  Owner did not refund after flowers were not delivered. She said on twice that the money would be refunded "that day." "That day" never came. I had to dispute the charges to get my $102 back. Very poor customer service, and very rude. When I told her that I was going to dispute the charges she started yelling "Are you threatening me?" Anyways, I leave this review so that other military members can make sure that their loved ones actually receive the flowers that are paid for. All I wanted was for my wife to get some flowers on Valentine's Day.

  So I ordered flowers from 1800flowers on Thursday Oct. 26th being told there would be no issue. On my anniversary on Nov 1st at 12:30 I was told they couldn’t guarantee delivery on time so I had to cancel. I call this shop up and tell them my predicament and they got flowers to my wife at an affordable price within an hour and a half. The wonderful customer service from the lady I talked to on the phone was fantastic. I will only order from this shop from now on. Thank you for saving the day!

  Excellent quality and the employees take time to work with you and find the best arrangement. Lots of things ready to go if you are in a hurry too.
