  First of all their pets weren't in what I call sanitary conditions even though heir site claims they claim their cages several times a day. As for the staff that's another story. They are very rude, and unprofessional. Got completely offended when inquired about where they got their pups. I like to know where they come from before i purchase to do my research. In addition they claim they were feeding their dogs Royal Canine which I didn't see happen. Buyers Beware!!
