  They are racist. From the minute i walked into the store the cashier was looking at me confused. I was smiling and friendly the entire time. I asked if they had my dog food. Btw its a natural brand that's grain free and made with organic products. The guy at the cashier answers "is that a brand?" In a condescending way. Then, I asked what services do they offer. He's looking at me even more confused. He made the whole experience uncomfortable, so I decided not to purchase products there and left. So rude and disrespectful. What a way to lose good customers.

  Rude as hell. And one very nosey employee. Talked with an attitude and asking personal questions as to why I'm there with my dog and why the people i was with were with me. Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Hopes that SB sees this

  Good value, but sometimes the wash area is not cleaned very well.

  Love this place. Has everything. Even tubs you can bath your four legged furry babies for a small fee.

  Went here to buy a simple dog bowl to give my dog a new water bowl. Decided to go with the set one, where its two bowls held up on a small 2 leg table. The bowls were full of other dog / cat hairs, i asked Todd to go wash it out, he did (After I purchased). Comes back, saying "Cleaned them, oh and there is some tape residue in the bowls, you can probably just use a razor blade to cut that out" :) That's cute. Returned the bowls, and the stick that i was going to buy as a treat for my dog immediately. Place is not cleaned clearly, if bowls are full of dog/cat hairs and tape residue. My assumption as well is that they let other dogs use them if the customers ask. I will not trust anything from them for my pet after this experience, and not to mention my time that was wasted to have to wait for refund along with a dirty look from his manager or co-worker who ever she was.
