  Wonderful experience! They helped me pick out the right food for my baby and then carried my bags out to the car for me.

  Very helpful and friendly staff, ready to help. I brought my puppy in and an employee was very helpful helping me fit her in a harness.

  Still new to the town but has everything you want and some! It's not as big as pets Mart hut it really doesn't have to be they have everything there so it's a one stop shop. It's nice not having to go to two different shops when this shop has it all.

  Awesome new store. Way easier to give my dog a bath here than at home! Also, my favorite dog food is sold here...Muenster grain free salmon!

  Visited for the pet wash station. I was disappointed. I'd much rather make the extra 15 min drive to the store in Hurst. The bath stations here at the Saginaw store are less efficiently equipped than the Hurst store. The bath stations are open, water goes EVERYWHERE, unlike Hurst, where they have doors to help contain the water (and hair). The water sprayer heads don't offer different settings, Hurst does. This store also doesn't offer the deshedding shampoo and deshedding conditioner, Hurst does. Still the same great prices, and customer service. If I ever need to make a quick stop for food/snacks/toys, I'll take advantage of the convenient location, absolutely. But for the bath, probably not.
