  They are wonderful there but they run out of stuff a lot and takes a really long time for them to order it. Thats really the only reason its not 5

  They have great customer service. The grooming is cheaper than PetSmart. They do a good job.

  Expensive if you don't use your coupons and rewards which I forget every time! But, extremely clean, helpful, friendly atmosphere!! They really good with your pets! I love the clinic and groomers as well, Although not Mags favorite part!

  I always love coming here. It isn't usually as busy as some big chains, so my dogs are less nervous. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are great. They price match online, too, and always have great deals going on.

  April really knows her stuff! (Nacogdoches location) She can practically answer any question you may have about your pet when it comes to nutrition and treats. She helped us a lot with Cody, our Golden Retriever, by recommending Redford dry dog food. Thanks to all the staff who are willing to help us out and educate us when it comes to our beloved K-9!
