  Personal Touch has been a pleasure to deal with. The office staff are friendly and cooperative. We have an excellent aide taking care of my mother who treats my mom like she was her own family. When our aide took time off, Personal Touch sent one competent aide to care for Mom & another time, a very incompetent aide. I filed a complaint. If patients and/or families don't inform the agency of both good & poor aides, they cannot correct problems. We are very fortunate to have the aide we have. Thank you Personal Touch!
