  I would never recommend a freakin aide from this service to provide care TO ANYONE. They come to your house acting like they are your friends drinking up beer and liquor, tries to offer the client as well. They don't even know how to clean neither, do half behind jobs and messed up my toilet. The bad part is the company does not reprimand their employees for anything. This company should be aduited or reprimanded themselves as well. This is freaking ridiculous. Worse company I ever dealt with. No not let this company service your lobed ones and yourself if needed go somewhere else!!!!!

  Nasty management, I am white and felt discrimination, shame on them. Students rule the classes not the teachers.

  personal touch is not an agency you would want to work for if u are African American because they only give cases to bilingual people.The office staff have such nasty attitudes it's not ridiculous.never answer their phones and they make you wait for long periods of time just to ask a question about the work or your case. personal touch really sucks.
