  I get my eyebrows waxed all the time here never had and issue until a while ago a young girl ripped the skin off under my eyebrows. Now stupidly i went in again this past saturday and got her again not realizing it was same girl and she did it again. I will not be using her again. She should be banned from doing eyebrows before she does the same to other people.

  The website said they close at 9:30 but they really close at 9. I got there at 8:00 and waited around for a half an hour before I was told that I couldn't get my hair cut because it was close too closing at that point. Very unprofessional!
