  Tracy is great. Straight forward & respectful without being obsequiousness. She is good at distracting conversation as well as being a truly good listener. She makes a potentially awkward situation into a dignified and engaging process. I was lucky to find her, and would see no one else.

  I have been going to Permanent Choice for almost a year now. I regularly see Jacque Larsen, and she always makes me feel comfortable (despite all the awkwardness that you might feel having laser treatment done). I started with bikini and underarms, and now have moved on to add legs and face. Although it takes multiple treatments, I saw improvement even after my first visit. It's quick, easy, and convenient going downtown after work.

  Jacque at Permanent Choice is a great technician who makes you feel comfortable and confident in the results. The process is quick and definitely worth it! Permanent Choice is professional and offers fair pricing in comparison to others who use similar equipment. You won't be disappointed!

  I would highly recommend Permanent Choice for laser hair removal. I was very nervous for my first appointment and regardless of all the research I did ahead of time, I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. I have been seeing Jacque since the beginning and she has been absolutely AMAZING! For the first appointment she did an excellent job of explaining the process, the tools, and calming my nerves. She is always so friendly and professional and it was easy to build a relationship and trust with her during this process. Additionally, the results I have seen have been life-changing. So long are the days where I am trying to cover up annoying razor burn when I am in a swimsuit - my hair is gone and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service from Permanent Choice. 5 stars - would not go anywhere else

  Tracy is so great! She's very friendly and is always ready to answer my questions. I would highly recommend going to see her. I've been to quite a few laser hair removal places (I have a lot of hair to get rid of!) and this one is by far the best. I will always return to this location over others... as long and Tracy is still there!
