  I wish I could give them 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Took a $500 payment and promised to deliver a bike in 10 days. After 15 days I called and was told they would get back to me within the hour. An hour later they canceled my order (received email confirmation) and did not call to tell me. When I called 3 hours later they told me that it wasn't their problem it was a "warehouse issue". They then told me I was going to have to wait 5 days to get my $500 back and hung up on me when I protested. Don't do business with this shop. They lie and lie again to cover it up.

  Went in there to get a front rack installed and the mechanic did an awesome job. I'm not interested in going anywhere else for my bike.

  Gave me a free part and fixed my brakes for free. Great customer service and staff!
