  I want to extend a huge thank you to perfect temperature. Our heat and hot water went out the other night, so I called and they showed up and fixed the issue immediately .. I'd refer them to anyone I know. Friendly and caring workers that accomplished the task timely and effectively.

  Horrible experience, extremely disappointed with this company. The HVAC guy came out to my house, looked at my furnace, says he re-wired something because it was wired incorrectly. Told my husband that he blown the ignitor and the thermo sensor again, my husband and went and bought new pieces after we had already replaced it, my husband had to replace it because the HVAC guy had other appointments to get to...come to find out it wasn't what he had said it was. Called him again to see if he can come out and look at what he did and the first thing that came out if his mouth was that we would have to discuss money after he had charged me $125.00 dollars just to look at my furnace for almost 10 minutes, allegedly rewired something and after he left, the furnace was still not running, i have been without heat for 7 days now. Called his partner who was orignally the one who was reffered to me, said he was out of town and wouldn't be back until Monday...we called him yesterday to see if he could come in first thing in the morning Monday and we have yet to receive a call from him DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
