  I have never written a review on any business before but I am compelled to write this review. I called Isabel 2 days ago and made a 6 p.m. appointment for today. I specifically asked if I should call to confirm and she said she wrote me in her book so I should just show up. I left work in Manhattan 1 1/2 hours earlier than usual took the LIRR to Bayside, walked 5 avenues, showed up on time for my appointment only to be told by Isabel that she had no time for me since she had walk in clients. I asked why she would bother making an appointment and she was very dismissive, actually smirking to herself, and told me to come back the following day. I explained that I had a very early photoshoot and needed my hair done could she possibly fit me in. She said she had no time to do my hair, turned her back and proceeded to converse with the other women in the salon. I had no words as I left the salon. Seriously, in all my adult life I have never felt so disrespected by a person in the service industry.

  if there was a time i was satisfied with getting my hair done, was when i came into this place. The Nice owner saved my life when i asked for a color, she didn't over complicate things she tried to vision my color vision & thats what we need:)

  I had hair down to my waist. I wanted to cut it off , I needed a change. My mother and a few of her friends go regularly to them for cuts and color. I have only heard good things from them. So, I decided to go and take the plunge. I'm so happy I did. Besides having a great cut the blowout was amazing. They are all good in the salon. You won't be disappointed. Thank you.
