  Avoid. Just spent $80 (4x the amount I usually spend in Long Island) for a full leg and bikini wax. Woman who did it missed about a quarter of the back of my thigh... And my hairs are long and dark and pretty hard to miss. She also missed other small patches, which is ok, but a patch the size of my hand is not. Nor is requesting a tip (asking how much tip I'd want to leave, while she's holding the tablet, with the minimum amount being 15%) after charging $30 for *just* my bikini line (not Brazilian). Also, it took at least 45 minutes, when it usually takes max 20 minutes in Long Island. Avoid avoid avoid.

  I usually go to their other locations and am really happy with them. This women at this location was AWFUL. She was so rough and finished one eyebrow in less than 30 seconds. I want the work to be quick-- but I'd still like it to be precise and somewhat gentle. I'm not new to threading, I have been doing it for more than 15 years. However I started tearing up because it was hurting so much. She started reprimanding me that I waited too long (I didn't, I went at my regular interval) at which point I said I am used to the other location being a bit more gentle. Once I said hat she immediately stopped and started yelling at me!! In the salon, she just went off on me. I was in utter shock. She finished up the left eyebrow and it was thinner and not even to the right (which was already too thin, I only asked for a clean up). I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I have never, ever been treated so poorly. I wish I could put her name here so you could avoid her like the plague, but instead, perhaps its just better to go to another location where 1.) they take their time 2.) they are good at what they do and 3.) they don't yell at you and treat you like garbage. In case the manager reads this, I went in around 4:30pm on 11/11/15. This employee needs to be fired.
