::Close to my job site and reasonable rates. Room was dirty staff was rude. When they were there. And beings it's supposed to be open at the front 24hrs you'd expect someone. Also there is no breakfast served ever

::The room was small. Continual creaking from the room upstairs whenever anyone walked across the floor was most annoying. No breakfast. Coffee maker in room had two 1 cup pods; 1 Reg, 1 decaf. Can’t park near room, must park in a front lot. Cheap mattress pad, held on by elastic straps, was halfway off bed on both sides by morning. Wasn’t all bad. The side chair was comfortable. The room was clean.

::Rooms are spacious and clean, staff is friendly and our stay was pleasant. I would give a 5 star review but the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Besides the beds it was a great experience. This is my second time staying at the Peppertree Inn and both stays were good.

::Fit my needs perfectly. Family ownership that are very accommodating. Excellent value between room cost and space/service provided. TV carries Mariners baseball.
