::Food is ok but this location has high turnover so you always seem to have new employees. I know ordering from the grill cook is supposed to be their "thing" but it's awkward as hell due to the setup of the line, so it's a constant doh-si-doh if you're trying to order a sandwich and anyone else in the restaurant is trying to get nachos, a rice bowl, wrap, or any of the other 10,000 items on their sprawling, Lovecraftian menu. Good luck to you if you want fries, they never drop them until you're at the register and you will have to ask three times. The dining room is usually full of dirty tables because Pepperjax can't decide if it's going to be full service or fast casual, so their employees are stretched too thin.

::Try and come here once a week to enjoy a awesome burrito. Honey mustard goes very well on there fries.

::Quality of food is always great, but the quantity has been dropping steadily now over the last few months. I'll give it a few more visits to see if the quantity improves, if it doesn't I'll move on. PepperJax, please take heart, you're going to loose business if you keep this up.

::Food tasted terrible. The staff was less than enthousiastic about having to prepare any food. The dining area was a literal daycare with about 30 kids and no adults anywhere. It looked as if people were using the place to have their kids hang out while they went drinking elsewhere. Place was loud, everyone was acting obnoxious. Restaurant was a mess. Ill never come here again.

::Good like all PepperJax. This one is nice because it is open late with all the bars in the Old Market. Gets busy at bar close.
