::Horrible service from associate (Dan) white man with glasses. I go in to request a rear break change , he suggest I go to another store they are so busy they have no appointment available, today, tomorrow, etc. blah, blah,blah,! He kept going. .I'm like "woww!, so I said " are you booked ALL YEAR LONG ???!. ( I HAVE NO RUSH TO DO THE BREAK CHANGE FOR MY CAR , I LOVE PEPBOYS ,BUT WITH EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS DUDE REALLY MAKES ME UPSET. THEY HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER.. it's too early (8:56am) to be with that attitude . I been coming to this pepboys for a long time and 2, 3 of them employees have the same horrible attitude but TODAY was just ridiculous. I will be calling corporate.
