  Having their smoke machine available is equivalent to the joke that McDonalds never has their ice cream machine available. I appeared twice to this pepboys to figure out how long it would take to have my vehicles smoke tested the gentlemen at the service desk gave me a estimation time of 2 hours, I decided not to wait since I was pinched for time. When I showed up the day after I get told their diagnostics mechanic is busy I’d have to wait about 2 hours again. I became concern with the level of workmanship once they made it clear that nobody knew how to operate a smoke-machine. Anyways 3rd day I decided to call in the morning, and when I did they tell me the smoke machine is down, how nice. 3 stars is related to my past experience as well, anything more and I’d be lying. Nothing special go in go out and buy, mechanics are slow, seems to be the norm in franchises similar to this one. You might catch some unprovoked attitude from some employees, I’m not a fan of showing up with a smile and then getting bombarded with some nasty attitude I don’t need to be thinking about how rude I got treated for the next 5min+. Clearly they don’t want to be there, guess Kanye West was right 😂 . The store appears to be well stocked.

  Not a big fan of this shop. Basically went there to just have my inspection done on the car and the mechanic took forever and decided to tell me there were all these issues and my car needed brake, tire, and other replacements. I decided to not do anything and went to my other mechanic at a different location who told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Don't trust themat pep boys.

  This PEP BOYS location is great. Anything and everything you need for your car is in one spot. Great service and cool staff. Big thanks to young Anthony, as he is referred to, he helped me with researching a part and placed the order quickly. I will be coming back to PEP BOYS.

  I'm a fleet customer, which means I bring my company vehicle to this Pep Boys location for the past 13 years and this is my most favorite location! From oil changes to new brakes to tires to tire rotation, Pep Boys keep my car top shape! I usually drop my car off on a Saturday or Sunday morning walkover to the nearby Whole Foods sit down have some lunch do some work on the computer and a couple of hours later I get a text and a call that my car is ready. Thank you!
