::I took my car here for an oil change and alignment. The oil change was done fine, but the alignment wasn't done at all. About 30 minutes into my wait time, the service reps calls me over and lets me know of all these problems they found on my car. He said I needed struts up front and to replace one my rear calipers and and both brake pads along with the brake fluid. The quote for these findings was over 1,300 dollars, parts and labor. I paid 136 for an oil change and alignment that probably wasn't done because I still heard rubbing from the front passenger, which was the tire that wearing out quicker than the rest. Well a few days later I went to a small mom and pop shop in Dallas (Oak Cliff) I paid 40 dollars for an alignment, and guess what, no more rubbing sound when I drove off. I also had the mechanic check the bad caliper and pads, he told that it was just a broken washer on the brake line, he charged me 45 for that, so in 85, alot better than 1,300. Please avoid these big chain stores and support small businesses in the community which rely on word of mouth and good honest quality work for their businesses

::I had a wonderful experience! The employees were very kind! I came in to get my wheel aligned and they found some other issues and fixed it within the same day. I am forever grateful to them

::My last oil change was pathetic, I asked them to replace my oil drain plug but they didn't do it but still charged me for the service and the oil drain plug. I later I realized when I was at home that they didn't replace what I had paid for, then went back and asked them to put a new one that I had paid for. Drama wasn't over yet, later when driving my car I felt like my was behaving very awkwardly then decided to check the oil level in my engine. Oh my oh my! They had put double the required amount of oil which could have spoiled my crankshaft and camshaft seals. This boys are not serious with their work. Whenever they do you any service please confirm if they did it right or otherwise your car might stall in the middle of the free way or break more expensive parts of your engine. Anybody who knows the cost of replacing crankshaft and camshaft seal or oil pump is the same price as replacing a timing belt. So be careful with what these boys can do your car.
