  I would give 0 star. They charge me almost $500 for bulbs, and they broke the headlight assembly. I went back to fix it, they said you have to go to the dealership, so they didn't fix it, and didn't give me back my money. If you want to waste money with awful service i advice you to go there.

  I have a maintenance program with pepboys due to my car purchase. The location is not convenient for me. I went in for an oil change and it was suggested I needed new tires. I got a second opinion and that was not the case. Now I am hesitant to accept the advice of technicians. No problems with my oil change and customer service at the front desk but just Leary now.

  Very knowledgeable and kind. Did diagnostic work on my car two days in a row when the issue was not fixed the first time. Really care about their customers!

  The gentleman seemed very helpful over the phone and quoted me a decent price for an oil change. But after getting everything setup the price almost doubled. Even after the rewards, the price still came out quite a bit more than the original quote (after tacking on fees that were not originally mentioned).

  Purchased 2 batteries online and scheduled an appointment to install. When I showed up for my appointment, they didn’t know anything about it. They said if I could leave the vehicle they would try to get to it. This wasn’t an option so I re-scheduled for first thing the next morning. When I arrive the second time, again they seem to not have any information. I’ve been waiting 2.5 hrs and they are still not done replacing batteries! Apparently they had to get another battery brought from another store even though they said they had both in stock. I have had to ask for updates and am quickly losing my patience. I will never come here again nor recommend anyone else do so.
