  Make an appointment for an oil change showed up to actually get the oil change and they told me it would take 3 hours because they overbooked the time slot and they only have one person doing oil changes. In the guy who checked us out was very rude

  The customer service reps here are personable and work hard to deliver satisfaction. Very accesible location.

  Awesome customer service. Needed a Lyft inspection and asked about the cost of an oil and filter change. It was a better deal than any other place in the east valley. At first, they said they couldn't do the oil as they were booked solid. By the time I got there for the inspection the last appointment for the day was a no show and they were able to get me in. In and out in 30 minutes or so. The assistant manager helped me find a few things i needed and recommended a couple as well. Great price, customer friendly and very knowledgeable to boot. I'll be heading back here for all my cars needs.

  I thought this store did a great job but I have learned not at all. I got my tires replaced at this location and a month goes by and my husband is changing our brakes but to our find pep boys managed to strip all my lug nuts on my back tires! Out of all 6 he was only able to get 3 to actually stay one! Now I have another expense that shouldn’t of even happened if they would of been more careful instead of rushing through their jobs!

  If I could give it no stars I would I went it to the store because I had a flat tire and the bolts I have aren't coming off and I asked if they could help me. The gentleman said he would have to take off the whole bolt and basically get a new one and I said that's fine I'm gonna have to replace all my tires anyways... Than proceeded to say no we can't do it.. so thanks for absolutely nothing. Should just go to discount tires
