  Towards downtown/north? UPSTAIRS Out of the city/south? DOWNSTAIRS Standard DC metro station hosting the yellow and blue lines. I’ve found the metro app useful for staying up to date on outages (it’s not perfect but better than flying blind especially if you’re a local).
