  This place had wonderful customer service when I first moved nearby a few years ago but the last few times I have been, it has been a terrible experience. The convenience isn’t worth the attitude given by the new staff.

  I'd give less than one star if I could. I've had problem before with a belt that disappeared and I decided to give it a second chance. Don't bother!! They made a mistake with the bottoms of my paints and wanted to charge me again for it!!!!

  Avoid this place at all costs. They have ruined my herringbone pants and refused to take any responsibility. I had expected they would offer to repair it or at least compensate for the damage. But they seem to have no sense of customer satisfaction, let alone any degree of politeness. The man simply walked away saying he doesn't care.

  Very friendly staff, same day service, always working hard to ensure customers are taken care of.
