  Helpful but not perfect. I made a reservation online for a truck. One hour before I was to pick up the truck I received a call that the truck was not ready: the previous customer had not returned it yet. However, the gentleman that called me was extremely helpful in finding another truck nearby for me to use. Because of the delay and added distance he charged me a reduced rate for the truck and the mileage. This was very much appreciated. I would rent from them again.
