  Friendly staff and great price. But they need to show their customers how to use the truck. So many unknown buttons and there was no parking indicator on the shift, parking was to be placed in nutrual lol

  Ryan, the young worker there, is an incredibly polite, thorough employee. He was the only one working the counter during an extremely busy afternoon, and he handled the backlog of customers with poise and professionalism. This guy deserves a raise. Penske is lucky to have such a solid employee.

  Did some sub contracting for this location back in mid 2016 through a company I had nothing but good videos with until a early morning trip. I accepted a contract for a 5am job that required me to goto the Medford location take a uber 45 mins north and bring back a vehicle for them. The contract clearly stated a certain route and price for my help. When I arrived 45 minutes north " in pouring rain " I called for update I was lied to and told the vehicle did no longer need moving and that it was canceled...ok whatever so take Uber back to Medford 45 minutes spend about 85$ total ubering. When I get back I was told that I did the wrong thing ..but in reality because they didn't correctly format the contract they canceled on me and didn't pay me for any of my time or travel I was given a 35$ fee for my hour time which I was tied up for 3 hours. Because they have people there that aren't too bright or know what their doing and think their "the best" in the area that's far from true. Moral of story don't do favors for these people they'll screw you over trying to save a few dollars .. wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company and especially this location it is run by a bunch of high school drop outs and drug addicts that's the truth about working with these people

  They were friendly, helped get us in our truck quickly, and have us unlimited mileage when they didn't have as large of a truck as we needed (got a 12' instead of 16' - which we were probably better off with anyway).
