  Easy peasy. The parking area is pretty tight, but the rental process was quick and easy, the staff friendly and helpful!

  Found a broken attach rod; frame to cargo box. Rental agent said: "We know about this. It's not a problem." After loading & drive to destination the ramp wouldn't extend because of the broken rod. Hate being lied 🤥 to.

  After a grueling ride in a 26-foot truck from Denver to Phoenix followed by hours of unloading most of my earthly belongings into my new home, I was glad to be able to take the truck to the local Penske place. Mardi, the woman who checked me in, was absolutely wonderful and and very helpful with a mid-move banking glitch. She was friendly and made me feel very welcome in my new city. I have some more things coming soon, including my car, and I'll definitely specify they be brought be a Penske truck and car carrier. They are a pleasure to do business with.

  Most pleasant moving truck rental experience I have had. I have moved across this country many times and this Penske location was my best experience compared to other companies. The owners made this a smooth experience for me while I was in a high stress move. Thank you!
