  Reserved and paid for truck in advance. Showed up, no truck. Total waste of time, team wasn't even apologetic.

  I made a reservation over the phone. Came over to pick the truck there was girl name Paula, that wasn't helpful at all. She start my paperwork then left me hanging took a walk with another guys chatting while I'm still waiting to get the truck. Went out to pick the truck, I open the box full of trash. However at return time I got very helpful guys name jose. Thanks to jose for being nice and doing a good job.
