  I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes for an attendant to show up and didn't get what I paid in advance for. I booked a 12' truck and ended up with the 16' alternative. Also they forgot the hand truck. The truck was great though, thanks to the service center, but this was a disappointing experience overall.

  4 trucks in a row could not pass basic dot inspection. 4. People are nice. Place is clean. Nothing bad about them. But their core business is renting trucks. These trucks are required by federal law to be able to pass a dot inspection to be on public roads. They are open to random inspections at anytime. and they can't do the basic core of their business...
