  They saved my hind end when Budget Truck told me they didn't have a truck for me after I made a reservation AND called the pick up place's & they said they had it waiting for me. I went next door to Penske & Connor worked like crazy & got me a truck. We have to move in 2 days

  Penske refuses to maintain their trucks. Wait times for parts are generally excessive. They close early without warning. In general, go somewhere else, anywhere else

  No real signs saying where to drop off truck when you first pull in. Staff was super nice and helpful. Apparently drive around the building, turning left, keep going, around the building again next to a fuel pump.

  Quick service had us on road in no time at all. Unfortunately we did not find out until too late but we had two minor safety issues with the truck. The driver side wiper blade was torn and not working well which we found out in a heavy rain storm and the passenger side headlight also was not working.
