  The rents are low but one must have good credit to rent. Poor people don't usually have credit cards or even credit. I'm not sure how they plan to find poor people with good credit but good luck to them.

  My son lives there. It is professionally managed and well - maintained. The rent is designed for low income people.

  This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was always friendly, and the manager Dennis, is always working on ways to improve the property. The location is perfect with both entertainment and dining all in walking distance. If you're looking for a place to call home, this is it!

  Conveniently located for easy access to light rail and community markets. Professional & friendly management. Affordable rent. Highly recommended!

  Like many other places, the Pensione K has its share of faults. However, it is a great place to live. On top of that, the owner is spending thousands of dollars to renovate and restore this place. All in all, this is the place to live if you are poor and want to feel rich. I'm going to give this place another year or so and if everything is going well, I'll bump the rating to 4 stars.
