  I like Penny's I usually have a good time service is top tier, Especially when Mark is there & another lady 2 whose name I don't know but are Hispanic. However there's a lady there whose very unfriendly, She never offers any drinks. & She barely wants to speak when guest walk in. This should be addressed. No one wants to feel unwanted or like they don't belong!! Ijs

  I was winning a little bit and then BOOM ONE OF THERE GUYS CAME IN AND DID SOMETHING TO MY MACHINE AND I LOST ALL MY DAMN MONEY! WHEN HE ASKED TO DO SOMETHING TO MY MACHINE I SHOULD OF GOTTTEN UP AND LEFT THERE STORE! IM NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
