::Penn Toyota is the best Toyota Dealership around. The Staff and Management are very polite and helpful, unlike other hostile rude Dealerships. Tom Montilli is a great Manager, who has always been there for me, even after the purchase. of a vehicle. He really cares and is a great asset to the Company.

::This Toyota location has been used in my family for several decades. My grandfather bought his 1990, my aunt's 1992 Toyotas and most recently, my dad had bought his 2004 Camry at this dealership and all have been happy. So my mom and I decided to give them a try. We went in and was greeted by Kevin. We explained to him that we were looking for something small to replace her 20-year old compact Mazda. He showed us the Corolla saying that it was the closest in size to her current car. He explained the features of the car and then offered for us to take it for a test drive. The seats weren't as comfortable as others that we had tried prior and my mom had a lot of trouble with the gear shift. Instead of just being straight back, it was side to side and then up and down. After the test drive, Kevin sat us down and gave us pricing. He wasn't able to come down as low as we were looking for, but he was excellent.

::This is the most honest, friendly dealership that I have ever dealt with (and I have known most of the Toyota and Honda dealers in this area). Direct, no games. I bought one car there, and had the warranty service done there as well. All was polite, simple, and credible. I did compare price with another dealership, and the Penn price was good. What was best was that everything was handled straightforwardly and without pressure.

::When I needed service on my 2016 highlander, the service department was so accommodating and flexible with my busy schedule. They fixed my car in the estimated time frame and didn’t over charge me. I would highly recommend the service department for all your repair needs!

::Took nearly 4 weeks to get car repaired, nice they gave us a loaner car. Price to fix the car was much more than original estimate. VERY upset that we didn't know this before work was all done as we may have just junked our almost 10 yr old car instead ... repair turned out to be almost half the car's value. Had to call the repair shop several times to get updates on the repair process over the three weeks of waiting...they never called us to let us know what was happening. They also rotated out tires...nice...done for free (not requested at all)...and now the car is making a strange noise from the L front tire so i have to go back there...AARRGGHH! Not a happy camper...so i say...beware, beware, use the repair shop with great caution!!
