::We were SO disappointed. Our daughter is the current LLS Girl of the Year and a Leukemia survivor -- a photo of her is posted in the Indiana stores with her photo on them in hopes folks will round up for cancer! We were so excited to visit our local store and take some photos of Jilly with the poster. SHE was so excited. We entered the store and took photos-- I made certain to tell the guy we ordered from-- sorry, we had to take photos of the special girl with the poster posted in the store because she's the girl in the photos! He said, "Oh." And took our order. Nothing else. We then waited 15-20?mins for food that was cold? We ordered warm subs and fries. We paid $40 for junk. It was terrible! Customer service was awful!!!! What a bad experience. 😟 we won't waste our hard earned money here again. 😡

::Service was terrible. The month of April for all Penn Stations,was the change from your total cost was given to the LLS, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We were not asked to donate the change,there were 2 cards with 2 children, boy and girl of the year,that had info on donations.Which the girl of the year happens to be my daughter. They didn't even ask other customers to donate. I think PS just wanted the publicity in Broad Ripple.Btw,her name is Jillian Miller, Leukemia survivor.

::Finally tried Penn Station after joking every time Butler Men's Basketball scored 80 points (Lemon-eighty). The sandwiches were very good and so was the lemonade. The sandwiches were still very warm after the car-ride home and everything turned out correct.

::Every single time I come here I end up waiting over 15 minutes for my food. It doesn't matter if they are slow or fast. Not coming back.

::Yessss really tasty sub. Made to order was a plus. Prices not too bad either.. next time I will get a bigger sub for sure.. Really good 👍 👍
