  I've been consistently coming here for over 2 years. Every time I've been given great service by people who know everything there is to know about bikes. I'm always impressed by Jordan's expertise and his ability to diagnose an issue immediately. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

  I went into Penn Cycle for the first time ever to look at purchasing a new bike. I had no idea what I wanted or what I was looking for. Right away I was greeted and asked several questions about myself and what I wanted the bike for. Nick was great! I walked up the stairs and he put in front of me the most amazing bike! It was totally me...I even did a happy dance! Nick had the bike serviced really quickly for me so I could take a test ride. I came back and he added a basket and bell to complete my happiness! I love it! Love the service, love Nick and I cant wait to visit them again.

  Penn Cycle is a fantastic bike shop--and has been for decades. Their products are great and their service is excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bottom-line: I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for a bike or bike service.

  My daughter outgrew her old bike and I decided to replace my almost 25 year old one. We are a Trek family and Penn Cycle has been my bike shop since I moved to Minnesota. The folks at Penn Cycle on Lake Street were super helpful and patient. The bikes are amazing and the experience couldn't have been better.

  The staff here is always great and I consistently leave feeling like I interacted with some friendly humans. I brought my father with me here last week after we had a very negative interaction at another bike shop and I was so happy with not only the level of expertise but how approachable they all are. The people here not only care about bikes but about the customer experience which is so important with all of the choices a customer has to purchase bicycles, gear, etc. Thank you so much for making my visit so rewarding. I will continue to refer people to this location.
