  A terrible experience. Apparently I didn't have the right insurance to be respected as a patient. The doctor came in with little to no bed side manner. Proceeded to tell me how bad my teeth are and then say my insurance doesn't cover what I needed to have done. The office was dirty with roach traps in the corner of the room. I left feeling worse than when I came in. There is a way to handle patients no matter what their condition is. I came because I knew I had teeth problems not be treated like I was the worst patient he ever saw.

  Dr.Vasserman and the whole staff have been taking care of me for years and I never meet a group of people so dedicated and professional than this team. Since day one they have treated me like family and always done a spectacular job on my teeth.

  One and a half hour wait. When you ask how much longer, they read the sign on the wall about the three different lines people are waiting on. That makes it worse not better!

  He don't want to spent time with me When he knew I will sought for 2nd opinions he stepped out the room and ignored my questions. Basically a very rude manner. I don't like it. I have visited him for 6 times for simple cleaning. This kind of respectfulness unprofessional behavior happened to me for two times.I decide I will not visit him anymore.
