::Great communication through phone and email. Two courteous gentleman who took off their shoes or wore boot covers. Walked through the bedrooms with me to confirm what I needed done. Laid floor runners to protect my hardwood. Finished three bedrooms in about 30 minutes. Got 90% of the stains out which was fine as they set those expectations up front. Carpet feels so clean to my feet. Pelham Carpets & Air Ducts Care is definitely the best!
