::We have been attending Pelham Bay Karate Academy now for 2 years we absolutely love it. They are professional, clean, kind, caring, and highly experienced. Sinsai John, is excellent with the kids, and they all adore him. I highly recommend them. His wife Chris, is also very sweet and welcoming.. They are the best in the area, skill wise, and the studio is immaculate and spacious!!!

::Beware of signing up with this school all they do is ask for money and you never receive what you paid for. I paid for uniform and waited 2 years to get it. Then I was told I had to pay for fighting equipment. Basically, forcing me to pay for it or my child wouldn't be allowed on the mat so I chose to pull my child out and found a way better school. That was a year ago and the kids that did pay still haven't received their fighting equipment. Definitely made the right decision to find a better school. The owner is only concerned about taking your money. STAY AWAY!
