  Awful! the people who lived in apartment before us had pet that urinated all Pegasus did was saturate the floor with some really strong awful smelling citrus stuff and the urine smell is still there and very strong. I will have to pay another company to come and actually do an extraction. Save your money a rug doctor could have done a better job.

  My wife and I couldn't be happier with Pegasus Carpet Care. We have used them several times and they are always on time and do an incredible job. It is very refreshing to deal with such a courteous and professional company!

  The carpet looked clean after they finished but it took 8 hours to dry. Way too long--carpet was way too wet. The worker just cleaned the middle and did not go under desk or move light chairs.

  We just moved here and needed the carpets cleaned at our rental home. We were able to get the carpets cleaned the same week that we called. Really nice and professional guys from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Thanks David!

  I called this week and I was so happy to get an appointment within a few days. Everything was handled as it was explained to me on the phone. Brandon came out to clean our carpets this morning. Their advertising touts having the best technicians and based on our experience with Brandon today, I'd agree. In addition to his accurate estimate and prompt arrival, Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and was very careful around all of the furniture. He was clear about the services he'd be performing and the total cost. He made me aware of options like carpet protection without being pushy. He was a quick, experienced worker and our carpets look amazing.
