Nice place to study :) No latte art on top, but the foam is creamy # Matcha Latte 🍵

Peet's is one of my favorite coffee brands and I have had their k-cups for a long while. Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience visiting this store. I was asking for a small latte but I was given a large one. Human mistakes and all but you would think that a more professional way to handle this is to confirm it with the customer if anything is unclear. The cashier even asked again what I would like to order but she just missed out the size part. And why is large the default size? Caffeine drinks are always the best when the drinker is left wanting more! They also closed the restroom over an 1 hr and a half before they would close the store. Again you would expect the real professionals could at least try to help with customers' problems or point them to a restroom nearby. And they didn't. In fact, the guy I talked to seemed pretty fed up with what he does. I'd definitely not come back here in a long long time.

The shop was almost full and kind of loud but I found a seat. The wait was very short and the staff are excellent. Top drawer. I like the chai and breakfast sandwiches.

This place bad. First couple time they made Havana Frappuccino correct. After that they never put any condensed milk in there anymore. After so many times telling them. I won’t drink from them ever again!

Coffee latte and cinnamon roll. On par, not awesome, but good. No outlets to charge devices.(really? In a college town?) One restroom out of order. A very clear indication of the breakdown of civilization is a lack of access to clean water and plumbing ie toilets. Employees are pleasant and exemplary in the carrying out of their duties
