::Worst crew -- super rude and don't know what they are doing. We paid by gift card and ended up charging us double...and they made us feel that its our fault. The employees seems like they dont like their job... If so then quit... More pleasant peole will take this jobs more seriously.

::Went to this coffee shop on Friday morning 4/27/18 around 9 am. I was standing there waiting for my friends to pick up their order and was observing the staff. Coming from a huge customer service background I was disappointed. None of the staff smiled at all. A gentleman at the check out counter said..."next please" the next in line was talking with a co-worker and didn't hear...honest mistake. He only had to repeat himself 1 more time and I hear him say not under his breath...."Jesus Christ pay attention" which the customer did not hear...but I did. My friend was paying and another lady at the counter asked do you need anything else? My friend didn't hear her.....she rudely makes her voice louder and says.....DO YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE? He said no that is it. He goes to hand her his card....instead of asking him to use the machine to use the chip...she rudely points to the side as though he should have already known. The only person to walk by and say hi....the manager or someone in a suit. I understand....you are a busy coffee shop....but take the time and smile and have fun. Remember because you work inside a hotel it looks like you are representing both companies.

::A cute shop for a quick fix. Not a lot of seating, but the coffee was fantastic and the staff courteous.

::Yes! There is a Peet's Coffee here in Denver. Got my usual. Iced caramel macchiato. As I said before, Peet's is so much better than Starbucks. And there is a Starbucks across where I'm sitting.
