  Coffee not my favorite, but this place gets the job done. More expensive than Starbucks just 3 minutes away. It has outdoor seating and WIFI - seen a lot of people working. In the evening it's a gathering place for Ethiopian community. Overall - good place to do the work till about 6 PM

  I always usually start off my day with some Peet's. Awesome staff! Always make my drink the way I like it. :)

  Great location staff is very friendly and the drinks are always on point. Its a great spot to get work done

  Nice buzz . Friendly staff. Best spot to read and work remotely. Also a convenient place for tutoring session.
